GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION
•Free parking is available on-site.
• WIFI is offered complimentary throughout the property.
• The establishment is entirely non-smoking.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 18 stay for free when sharing a room with an adult.
• Additional fees may apply for extra adults.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• A 2-night minimum stay is required for all cottages and ready-to-camp accommodations.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the type of accommodation.
Camping
Check-in time is 1:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
PET POLICY
• Pets are not accepted in ready-to-camp units, Pavilion rooms, and Inn rooms.
• Pets are accepted at no additional charge at the campground.
• Pets are accepted in cottages and motels for an additional fee of $50, plus applicable taxes, per stay. A maximum of 2 pets per accommodation is accepted.
• You are responsible for your pet’s behavior during your stay. Please ensure it does not disturb other guests and that its waste is picked up.
• Your pet must always be on a leash outdoors and in public areas.
ACCESS TO FACILITIES
Fort Prével guests enjoy complimentary access to the heated outdoor pool and guided tours of the World War II fortifications. Please note that these services are available during high season only.
These facilities are also accessible to the public at the following rates:
Heated outdoor pool (2-hour session)
• 6 to 17 years old: $8
• 18 years and over: $13
Guided tour of the fortifications
• 6 to 17 years old: $5
• Student: $15
• Adult: $18
• Veteran: $10
• 65 years and over: $12

CANCELLATION POLICIES – ACCOMMODATIONS AND CAMPING
Hotel and Motel
To cancel without charge, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before your arrival, a fee equivalent to one night’s stay, plus applicable taxes, will be charged to your credit card.
Cottages and Ready-to-camp
• To cancel without charge, please notify us at least 7 days before the start of your stay.
• If cancellation occurs between 7 days and 48 hours before your arrival, a fee of 50% of the total reservation amount, plus applicable taxes, will be charged to your credit card. For stays of 2 nights or less, a fee equivalent to one night’s stay, plus applicable taxes, will be charged.
• Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the start of the stay will result in charging the full amount of your reservation, plus applicable taxes.
• Security deposit: An amount of $250 will be temporarily charged to your credit card as a security deposit. This amount will be released within 48 hours following your departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the premises (no breakage, damage, or violation of regulations).
Camping
Full payment of your camping reservation, including applicable taxes, is required at the time of booking.
A full refund will be granted if you cancel your stay at least 7 days before the scheduled date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival.
Packages
The applicable cancellation policy corresponds to the type of accommodation selected. In case of cancellation, only accommodation fees will be charged according to the policy in effect. Golf, cart, and breakfast portions will not be charged.
